Use my business, separate buyer findings, resource inventory and actual writing calibration to recommend exactly three original concepts. Each should name the reader's job, tangible resource, real inputs/outputs, consequential mechanism, existing-resource overlap and new usefulness, sources, readiness path, missing proof and feasible next action. Explain your recommended first choice. Different titles for one thin checklist are not three concepts.

If I have not selected the concept, STOP for that choice. If I have chosen it, continue from there.

For the chosen concept, establish the resource contract before promotional claims. Either open and inspect the existing complete artifact and available demonstration, or build a genuinely useful local artifact and run a representative test with labelled input/output. State separately whether it exists, its spec is checked, a run was tested, the destination opens and delivery is ready. Do not promise a giveaway that is still an idea. If a required external action or permission is missing, hold that action and show the useful draft/specification with its blocker.

Once claimable scope is clear, propose exactly three hooks, informed by the actual calibration and resource capability, and STOP for my selection. When I have already supplied a hook, preserve its exact wording and skip that checkpoint. Flag unsupported owner positioning separately; never create adjacent outcome, savings, price or job-replacement proof. The resource remains the factual authority.
